We act as a general contractor for concrete repair, taking full responsibility for technical management, coordination, and execution.

Our services include concrete repair, coating and surface protection systems, industrial and parking deck coatings, ramps, ceilings, columns, as well as waterproofing and joint rehabilitation.

Site Coordinator (Construction)

Your Responsibilities

• Independent organization, coordination, and management of construction sites in concrete repair, joint rehabilitation, waterproofing, and coatings
• Execution of refurbishment works in industrial facilities, commercial buildings, and parking structures
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and future in-house site personnel
• Monitoring of quality, schedule, and safety compliance
• Participation in key and critical work phases
• Coordination with project management, clients, planners, and other trades
• Documentation of construction progress and support in quantity surveying

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a construction trade (e.g. waterproofing specialist, concrete worker, road builder, mason, carpenter, or similar)
• Alternatively: motivated career starters or career changers with a technical background
• Independent, structured working style and problem-solving ability on site
• High level of reliability, teamwork, and responsibility
• Technical understanding and affinity for machinery and construction equipment
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• SIVV certification or comparable qualification is a plus (not mandatory)
• Driving license class B (truck license advantageous)
• Motivation to contribute to a growing company
