Our Services
Concrete repair, joint rehabilitation, coating systems, and asphalt repair.
Concrete Repair
Concrete repair is a key component of refurbishment strategies and includes the professional restoration of damaged concrete and reinforced concrete elements. Both surface-level and deep structural damage—whether in load-bearing or non-load-bearing areas—are addressed.
Damage caused by chlorides, carbonation, or mechanical and chemical exposure is specifically treated to extend the service life of structures. Where required, we also restore the levelness and surface quality of concrete elements.
Surface preparation is carried out using established methods such as milling, breaking, blasting, and grinding. Reconstruction is performed using specialized repair mortars, either manually or by spray application. Additional services include corrosion protection of reinforcement and, if necessary, reinforcement replacement or supplementation.
Coating Systems
Coating systems fulfill a wide range of protective and functional roles on floors, walls, ceilings, bridge decks, walkways, and traffic areas. Their primary purpose is to provide long-term protection of substrates—typically concrete, reinforced concrete, or screed—against chemical, mechanical, and environmental impacts. Depending on the system (e.g. OS systems), coatings may also provide waterproofing properties.
A particular focus of our work lies in surfaces regulated under German water protection legislation (WHG/AwSV). For these sensitive areas, we install certified and compliant coating systems that meet strict requirements for handling water-hazardous substances.
In addition, coatings allow for functional and visual design, such as traffic guidance and parking space markings in underground and multi-storey car parks. Required slip resistance levels can also be reliably achieved, for example in industrial halls, workshops, and pedestrian areas.
We implement tailor-made coating systems—rigid or flexible, crack-bridging, waterproofing, or protective—precisely aligned with your technical and regulatory requirements.
Maintenance and Repair of Asphalt Surfaces and Joint/Crack Systems
To ensure the long-term preservation of traffic and utility surfaces, we carry out targeted maintenance and repair works on asphalt pavements as well as joint and crack systems. Damage such as deformation, spalling, cracking, or unevenness is professionally repaired to prevent further structural deterioration.
After proper preparation—particularly opening and cleaning of cracks and joints—repairs are performed using thermally applied, bitumen-based materials. Installation is carried out using specialized equipment.
Defective joint profiles are completely removed, replaced with new systems, and securely connected to existing waterproofing systems. The renewal of asphalt joints on roadways and engineering structures is executed in accordance with relevant technical standards and includes cleaning, installation of backer materials, priming, and proper filling with hot-applied joint sealants.
Joint Works on Concrete Structures
Concrete joints are subject to varying stresses depending on the structure and its use. Accordingly, we apply tailored joint systems—from elastic sealants and specialized joint constructions to steel transition systems.
Cold-applied materials, particularly polyurethane-based sealants, are commonly used for control joints, expansion joints, and structural joints. In areas with special requirements for water protection (as defined by German WHG regulations), polysulfide-based systems are used due to their high chemical resistance and durability.
Execution typically includes removal of damaged joint materials, thorough cleaning, installation of backing material, priming of joint flanks, and final resealing.
Marking Works in Industrial Facilities and Parking Structures
We provide durable and standards-compliant markings for industrial halls, underground car parks, and multi-storey parking facilities. This includes traffic routes, pedestrian walkways, parking bays, storage areas, as well as safety and orientation markings.
Depending on requirements, different marking systems are applied. For non-prefabricated markings, we use solvent-based coatings (high-solid paints), water-based dispersion systems, reactive materials such as cold plastics, and thermoplastic materials (hot-applied plastics), all designed to withstand high mechanical and chemical loads.
In addition, we install prefabricated marking systems, including marking tapes and preformed symbols made from thermoplastic or reactive materials.
To enhance visibility and structure, we incorporate marking elements such as road studs and reflective markers.
Upon request, we implement slip-resistant finishes as well as customized color and guidance systems. The result is clear, durable markings ensuring safe operations and optimal orientation.
